is limited by the size of the locations, you are strongly recommended to register
early. Registrations will be handled on a First-Come-First-Serve-Basis.

Please make payments free of charge for the beneficiary. Any charges for banking
fees or incorrect remittance of registration fees will be collected on site by
the Congress Office. The reduced registration fee is only applicable
if it has been credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering
before September, 24th without performing a payment or indicating a credit card
number is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction! Confirmation
You will receive a written confirmation of registration when the payment has been
credited to the congress account. After November 19th, 2010 pre-registration
will be closed but you may register at the "On-Site-Registration Desk"
at the "Billrothhaus / Gesellschaft der Ärzte" that will open on
Wednesday, December 3rd at 02.00 p.m. If you pay by bank transfer please make
sure to remit the money until November 19th at the very latest or bring proof
of payment of your registration fee when collecting the registration material.
Cancellations and Refunds Notice of
cancellation must be made in writing by registered letter or fax to the Congress
Office. The date of the postmark or Fax ID will serve as the basis for refunds.
Please indicate the preferred method of reimbursement (Credit card or bank transfer)
on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the meeting.
